2. General goal - To add more fruits and vegetables into my weekly diet, along with double the water intake. Specific - I will make sure to eat one fruit and one vegetable, and drink four bottles of water per day. Measurable - I must make sure to buy enough fruits and vegetables when I go food shopping once a week. I will also make sure to keep all four bottles in my fridge and make a type of schedule to make sure I drink them all. Achievable - I am creating a log to keep track of my fruit and vegetable intake per day. I also happen to love fruits and vegetables. So I think this goal is absolutely achievable. Water is also my favorite thing to drink; I just never keep track of how much I drink in a day. I think once I start keeping track I can form a routine of sort to make sure I drink for bottles or more. Realistic - This goal is definitely realistic. This diet is something that most people should be living by, but it is very easy to stray away from. I know I am capable of doing this by simply keeping a log. Time- I will achieve this diet within the next four weeks. Once the four weeks is up, I hope my body will be used to this new dietary routine and I wont have to blog it anymore. I also think this is a diet that I should hold onto for a lifetime. My Goal
